Clear choices.
Thoughtful boundaries.
Your reflections deserve care. Here is what this website actually does—and what remains subject to a service provider’s policies.
Your journal, your choices
- Temporary entries: kept in this page’s memory, not sent to Swthastu. Refreshing or closing the page discards them. Browser crashes, extensions, screenshots and device-level recovery are beyond this website’s control.
- Saved entries: only when you choose and consent. Encrypted in your browser using AES-GCM with a passphrase-derived key. Swthastu does not hold the passphrase or saved entry. Delete individual entries or all saved copies in My Space.
- Email copies: opening an email draft clears the temporary entry here. It does not verify sending or delete the draft, your inbox copy, a download or a separately saved entry. Your mail provider’s policies apply.
- Practitioner sharing: nothing is automatically disclosed to coaches or healers. You can download a selected entry, review it and share through an agreed secure channel.
- Rishi sharing: a separate, explicit choice sends selected text to the Rishi service. Saving an entry does not authorise this.
Mood choices describe how you choose to express yourself. They are not a personality assessment, diagnosis or basis for advertising. Rishi is instructed not to infer your personality, faith or identity.
Rishi and voice
Rishi is a fictional digital guide. Model-backed text chat and live voice are available when the relevant server-side API key is connected. The site does not store conversation transcripts in its application database. When AI is active, message text and recent conversation context are sent to the configured model provider. Provider and infrastructure operational retention may still apply; a no-storage promise does not extend to these services.
Voice input is optional and requires microphone permission. Browser speech-recognition services may transmit audio to their provider; this is not guaranteed to be on-device processing. Swthastu does not record or store raw audio. Review the transcript before sending it. Dictated messages are reviewed before sending, and read-aloud text replies use browser or operating-system voice services with separate permission. Starting a live ?Speak to Rishi? call accepts the audio-sharing notice beside its button: microphone audio is streamed immediately to Google Gemini, which returns spoken replies and transcriptions. Recent text chat is included as context. You cannot review live audio before it is shared. Ending the call or leaving the page stops microphone capture. Swthastu does not save raw audio or live transcripts in its database; Google and infrastructure retention policies apply.
Do not include identity numbers, payment information, client details or sensitive health history. Adult confirmation is required for Rishi sharing. This is a self-confirmation, not verified age assurance. Public activation for children requires an appropriate guardian-consent and safeguarding process.
Enquiries and provider applications
Corporate booking enquiries send your organisation, contact details, programme preferences and requirements to swthastu@gmail.com through Resend. They are not saved in the application database. Email providers and hosting infrastructure may retain messages and delivery records under their own policies. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification information to help prevent automated spam. Consent is for responding to your enquiry, not marketing.
Enquiries save the contact details, preferences and message you submit so Swthastu can respond. This is separate from the private journal. The consent is for your request, not marketing. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
Provider applications save professional and contact details, a site-scoped signed-in account ID, consent version and timestamps for review. They do not publish a profile. Applications have a 90-day review validity; expired application records are removed when that account next loads the application-management page. An unattended deletion schedule is not configured. You can withdraw and delete an active application immediately in the registration page. Hosting backups and operational records may follow their own retention cycles.
Do not submit identity documents or client information through the application form. A separate secure verification process is required before any public listing. No payment details are collected here.
Control and requests
Use My Space to erase saved device entries and temporary text. Use the provider-registration page to withdraw your own application. To request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or assistance with a privacy concern about an enquiry, contact swthastu@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request. Do not email your private journal to make a privacy request.
Security in this version
- Site-hosted HTTPS, signed-in access for provider applications, and account-scoped deletion.
- Encrypted saved journal entries on your device; no journal database.
- Server-side input validation, request-size limits, same-origin checks and no-store API responses.
- Secret API keys remain server-side; no advertising trackers or external font requests.
- No journal or voice content is intentionally logged by the application. Hosting infrastructure may retain request metadata.
Encryption does not protect an unlocked device, compromised browser, malicious extension or a weak passphrase. Use a trusted device and keep your passphrase private.
India and international use
Privacy requirements differ by jurisdiction, service and data involved. This version is designed around minimisation, explicit choices, purpose limitation and user controls. It is not represented as independently certified or universally compliant.
Before wider public operations, Swthastu must finalise applicable Indian DPDP and current IT/data rules, international obligations such as GDPR where applicable, vendor and cross-border arrangements, retention and deletion schedules, grievance ownership, age assurance, incident response and professional-service requirements. No claim of ISO certification, medical-data certification or complete global compliance is made.
Care and professional boundaries
Workshops, rituals, Rishi and wellbeing practices are not medical diagnosis, treatment, crisis services or substitutes for qualified care. Spiritual reflection is optional. “Healer” is not a medical credential. Practitioner scope and qualifications must be reviewed before an appointment.
If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services and a trusted person now. For persistent distress, intrusive thoughts or difficulty with daily life, seek a qualified professional.
